I believe your might be wrong about dilution this time. Tom has a diffrent plan:

I think he is saying that additional financing will come in the form of ASSET BASED financing instead of equity based financing.

Tom had to start with equity financing to get the company started and pay off existing debt. THIS ACQUISITION IS A GREAT MOVE. Acquire assets to assist in future financing for more acquisistions instead of more dilution
