Be careful with too fast positive stuff. It will result in bigger dilution which may be reasonable. Maybe not.

And check who in Tom´s family owns a stake in that new acquisition cmpany.

And I dont get the crosselling aspect. Can someone explain that to me please?

In general its positive to let the group grow when there is an advantage for SWVC shareholders.
