what is Mr.Urban doing in order to retire the 80 Billion os shares. It looks to me that Urban is not the least bit worried about all of these outstanding shares, If he knew that he was going to start drilling on Monday, and if he cares about his shareholders, it seems to me that he would have started retiring these (80 Billion) shares atleast two months ago.
