The shares you mention are for CMIH.OB. These are for the zinc mining company that CMKM spun off a while back. They came about when CMKM bought a zinc mining company in Brazil. CMKM decided to spin the zinc mining company off so they could focus on the diamond mining. The shares are private, not public, that is why you just see a cusip and you can't trade them. Consider it this way, if the zinc mining company does anything you are on the very ground floor for that one.
