They've always been like that. A while back last year, way prior to Market99, people were trying to get the numbers and Manhattan was requesting a fax of personal info, like they were keeping a log of who they would give the numbers out to. Finally, someone (iamnewtothis, I think) finagled it out of them over the phone, but it took a bit of moxie
