Ok LG, if that's the way ya feel about it
then I think that you are doing the right thing.
I'm a firm believer in being comfortable about
your investments, in fact, it's the leading indicator
for me when I comes to selling out...when I'm in
DOUBT, I sell out !

PS...ya know...just for your info...you can start
YOUR OWN BOARD here on Ihub...I'm sure if you are
not happy with how this board is moderated that Matt
would be glad to help you get started. Then YOU
could be in control of the flow of information.
Maybe you can call it the DOWNSIDE board ? Don't let
ANYone with GOOD NEWS post !!
LOL

PSS...if it helps ya any, not that I know much,
the downside here is like it is on ANY investment..
PXD can win and MOSH will be strangled into bankruptcy.
Basic investor math will tell ya that .356 is FARE
balue of this company...Assets divided by the Units
will tell you that. I share your fear with regards to
the court decission and were that the ONLY reason to be
"all in" here, I most likely would NOT BE. HOWEVER,
I do believe the courts will be FARE with regards to
the assest that this comapany DOES control...and I'd
be DELIGHTED with this investment if we just get
what we ALREADY OWN back from PXD.
Becuase I believe in the Justice system we have in
America, yes it's NOT perfect, that's why I'm NOT
EXPECTING $15 a share, even if DREAMING ABOUT IT
IS FUN...but wouldn't you be happy to see three
bucks a share from this level...
heck, I'd be happy with .64 a share, I'll take a
double bagger in two months ANYTIME !!!
What ever you decide...GOOD LUCK I hope you are
happy with how it works out for ya.

Vana Catman fondles his mellons...
