I really do not know how the market will react, if at all, to the Form 4 filings. I doubt that the individual investor will sell or buy because the full scale of goals was not reached. The unknown is the institutional shareholders which I doubt will exhibit an alarmist reaction.

My main concern is the morale of the engineering side and their continued confidence in business side.

We all know that it is all coming down to the next 75 days which should be chocked full of revelations about our true strength for execution purposes going forward.

It is one thing for our past and present CEO's to make our claims, it is quite another when qualified judges rule that our claims have been spot on all along.

The Samsung 2g appeal is very weak. The general rule is that you cannot sit on your rights at the trial level and successfully assert them on appeal. Samsung blew it at the arbitration level and the confirmation proceedings.

Our next major feat is to convince the ITC staff counsel to join us against Samsung and Nok. It appears that we are doing well so far, but the status and position report of the staff counsel to be filed March 24, 2008, will be our barometer going into the evidentiary hearing stage.

Management is doing all they can to break the MENS club code of silence and destruction. It scares me somewhat that I am usually very leary of the legal system because of Judge Lynn type rulings, but I feel very comfortable going into the ITC matters and any resulting litigation thereafter. However, please remember that my position in IDCC is no longer an investment to me. It is a bet to death that these guys have the technology and IPR to effectuate their business plan. I have been in this fight against the MENS club far too long to worry about hedging this with that. If IDCC and its lawyers go down, then I will go down. My decision is certainly not snap in nature. I am aware of the outside sources that the company cannot control. I am aware of the potential adverse climate in the legislative and judicial branches of our government. I have researched as much as possible and I have sought the assistance of professionals in making my decision to see this matter through at the risk of losing a substantial portion or all of my investment. The daily price is not important to me, but I respect the fact that the current price is extremely important to others.

I wish every long the best from here and may every hop be waist high.
