I have posted an analysis about valuation somewhere prior on this evergrowing board, but allow me to try once again.

Let us first calculate MNTY's current Capitalization.

Using 1,200,000,000 shares outstanding at today's closing price of .0007 means that Market99's current one store in Choctaw is "worth" $840,000.

Now, let us take a look at Dollar Tree (DLTR) which is the largest most successful "dollar retailer" today.

Dollar Tree currently has 3,401 stores as of their latest PR. Yes, 3,401 !!

The Current Capitalization of Dollar Tree is $2,100,000,000. Yes, $2.1 BILLION !!

If you take the $2,100,000,000 and divide it by the 3,401 stores, each individual store is valued at approximately $618,000.

So, at today's closing price of .0007 for MNTY, investors are saying that MNTY's one store is worth $840,000 compared to Dollar Tree's $618,000.

This does not necessarily mean that MNTY is "overvalued". What must be remembered is that MNTY has a proportionately much higher flow of new stores opening as a start up.

However, to compare apples to apples, the comparative PPS "value" of the now one Choctaw Market 99 would be about .00055 per share.

I know, lot's of zeroes involved for all these comparative calculations.

On the upside though, let me show how each new store that MNTY opens will effect the perceived value of the PPS..

1 store ...... .00055
2 stores ..... .0011
3 stores ..... .00165
4 stores ..... .0022
5 stores ..... .00275

10 stores .... .0055
20 stores .... .011
50 stores .... .0275
100 stores ... .055

1000 stores .. .55

3401 stores .. 1.87

Here is the reason that even if Market99 had 3,401 stores, the same as Dollar Tree does today, that the PPS would only be $1.87 per share.

Even with the reduction of outstanding shares from 2,400,000,000 to 1,200,000,000 since Dez turned in his shares, MNTY still has about 12.3 times as many outstanding share as Dollar Tree has !! (1,200,000,000 vs. 91,950,000)

Over time, as MNTY grows, yes, they could do a massive buy back program of shares into the treasury, but consider this.. even as I type this Dollar Tree is very active doing that exact same thing.

This isn't meant as a direct correlation as to how the two companies will be able to compare profitably. Dollar Tree has been in business over 20 years, Market99 is brand new. There are an infinite number of reasons beyond this example that could boost MNTY faster than DLTR.

Particularly of personal interest is the 2 other divisions that MNTY is working on, "InVogue Accessories" and "Party Patrol".

So, that's my analysis. Subject to change as MNTY grows. Time will tell.

Dave
