Thanks jhawk. Good info:

She was to do so today, but last minute PXD stalled that by slapping a 309 page report as to again, they can't do that no fair, on her desk and followed it with the Mary Kate Ashley thing.

Hopefully, she will go over that document quickly, and make the ruling for the new trustee soon.
