Dear Snowrider. Re: Intel has a delicate balancing act between customers, shareholders, and employees.

I greatly admire Intel’s employees. I wish to respectfully disagree with your evaluation of the “delicate balance”. A larger dividend will force an increase in the price of the shares, and decrease the likelihood of another dramatic fall in the price of the shares. The employees will also benefit from an increase in the value of the shares.
Intel has an enormous INVETMENT FUND that does not yield a significant income. Analysts repeatedly asked management why they do not use the big sum they accumulated to increase dividend. I heard a very unsatisfactory answer form management.
