Any theories as to why finacials are not out yet?

I have a couple:

1)The accountant is not being paid. (These guys don't take IOUs)
2) Still looking for a loophole that explains the fuzzy math.
3) The SEC is investigating the very issue, and will not allow another misleading Q report.
