I simply don't get this one?

An aggragate of 1049 share holders to sell 29,139 at a discounted fee. Obviuosly these folks didn't buy more after being SPLIT to death so why would the company go out of their way to apease these folks now?

We wait for news and this is what we get, come on Robert you can do better.
