excuse me for my memory is getting old and tired.
I think it was Anadarko and Exxon teaming up..that brought out the AG report,as those 2 parties tried extensively to get Block4 back and had meetings to no avail with high rankers in respective govs.I think It was taken to Dakuro(sp?)etc. who rejected their complaints and would not recind the awards.Anadarko was pissed off at losing out to Noble/Devon/ERHC...as their fast track bid was accepted.(whats funny in that is the two words FAST TRACK. anyways...JMO from memmories(me and Barbara Streisand).
