I still think that the whole STP AG report which led to the raid and investigation was initiated by CVX and/or XOM telling STP that if they can help knock us (ERHC) off our blocks and CVX and/or XOM can get better positioning in the JDZ and EEZ, that they will give STP much higher percentages. That to me is what kicked off the whole STP AG report. JMO of course.
