yesterday i have posted that i spoke with IR but i didn't have the time to elaborate.

i was calling to ask them about the A/S raise and got the answer that it was done for business purposes.i asked if they needed to sell shares he said no the co has cash on hand,so then i tried to push him and link that raise of the A/S to the reverse merger of the lender but i couldn't get more from him more than "it is for business purposes"
And then i asked him if they still on target for their upcoming events ,he confirmed that co is still on target to meet its goals on time and move on with its previously announced business plan.

MY personnal DD on that conversation:

the company will close the loan of 6 million on time and will initiate a sharebuyback shortly after and regarding the raise of the A/S i believe that we will see an unexpected event in a BIG PR and that would be the reverse merger of the lender or some other entity.as the company will close this loan it will have more cash on hands so all that A/S will be used for a reverse merger of the lender and the formation of a bank.
the price of shares is going to see appreciation starting this am imo
