We have traded 22,559,768 shares since October 23rd

There has been no dilution into the market as mentioned in the Merger Filings.


The insiders have to fill out the paperwork in advance its a common place in the marketplace.

I see nothing wrong with them filing to sell down the road.

Just like every other filing these are filings as well and are just as transparent.
