Division 1 : Purified Water Product
Division One, already a profitable business, is a family of purified water products,
using the latest technology - Reverse Osmosis (RO). Unitech provides the
purification systems to the Living Water™ Stores, which are turn-key full-service retail
outlets that sells water purified on-location in several forms - water bottles, ice, and
other water-related products and services.

forces water, under pressure, through a membrane that is impermeable to most
contaminants. (Example: producing fresh water from salt water.) Larger organic
molecules, and all pathogens are rejected. The water produced by RO is close to
pure H2O.

Unitech¡¯s Second Divisions is a product line based on an exciting, breakthrough
proprietary invention/process called Bio-Redux, which we believe will define a new
