Got my proxy today to vote for merger. No mention of any r/s Authorized will remain 80 million shares. (65 millon common/15 million preferred). For each one share we hold we will get one share of the new company. Those preferred shares are not part of the Outstanding. Hopefully they are never needed, just used for the poison pill effect. Anyhow, this could be a good play. Wish I had the energy now to do more research. Good luck

Thanks for the link! By looking at the long term chart I would say the O/S is pretty close but we know it can't be any higher then 65 and the float is nothing the way it moves. If the 10 is correct plus the 15 that totals 25 down the road, not bad at all imo! The company looks great!
