Some large companies still try to sub., knowing the settlement is smaller than pure royalty upfront. And the great percentage are settled. As you refer to in difficulty of proving validity.

The great thing this does for emerging companies, is the having the violating company become a Royalty paying Licensee. Nothing, imo, could be finer than have a Tyco or JNJ put out thousands of units, and pay us those fees annually/ or quarterly,after a nice chunk initially. There's lots of market remaining beyond what they would be working with by far.

Some may initially discount or be alarmed by such a scenario, but they do happen like that. Neither company shuts down at any point when this occurs if that is a concern here, due to the strength on record of Ctums patents.

I, for one, have looked at each patent so far. So again, please try and submarine us. Please try and do a end around!
