On December 15, 2007 , Unitech Water Systems, Inc. completed a reverse merger with IntelliReady, Inc. (OTC:IRDI), a provider of wiring and technology for entertainment, communication, and data networks. The reverse merger transaction was facilitated by Belmont Partners .
Unitech Water Systems, Inc. (Unitech) is in the business of developing and manufacturing water purification products. Unitech's five product lines are based on the Company's patented technology called Bio-ReduxO which offers a custom-engineered biological process which breaks down human sewage into basic byproducts; such as, water, water vapor, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. Unitech's Bio-ReduxO system is the Company's core technology. Unitech's other products include laundry, carwash, pond cleaning and purifying drinking water products, which cleans and purifies water.
