no new filings since 12/18/07, and i got a reply from ir about a month ago that the o/s had not changed since the last 10q, which stated 89,414,013 shares at November 5, 2007 - fwiw. with that there definitely is a seller today, lots going off at the bid. i don't see a disclaimer in the email i got today, but i would guess that might be contributing to some of the selling so far.
