Any startup company that has 300M shares usually fails. They cannot get financing and etc. NNRI management knows this and they are trying like hell not to issue more stock. It looks like the finncing is coming. Where is GMBR's financing??? If the poduct is so great and the company's business plan so great in a growing market (hot now) the banks & investors would be knocking on their door.
