Allen - The apology the company offered was due to the delay in communications. The company has been extraordinarily busy working to build the company, negotiations, sales, financing ets. It's what good companies do. Given all that, and as you can see from the NR how much time all the activities consumed, sitting down to write NRs had to take a lower priority - temporarily. The NNRF shareholders were crying for information and it was given to us in a flood of detail.

I suspect there will always be shareholders like yourself who see conspiracies that do not exist.

I assume you are speaking as a GBMR shareholder when you suggest there is some attempt to pirate NuCap. Look at the logic, or lack therof, of what you are saying. GBMR owns the NuCap license - no dispute there. The product has not sold well and NNRF has other better selling products that it is marketing to benefit its shareholders. Those sales are moving along great. So, why would NNRF want to take the product away from GBMR when it already has the right to sell it? To increase a profit margin that already does not appear to be profitable? Which, by the way, would require them to focus attention away from their profitable ventures! Really, Allen your lack of logic is appalling!

VYSO has nothing to do with NNRF and NNRF has nothing to do with VYSO. Period! Get over it. From what I can recall during the short time I saw the VYSO site, the issue with GBMR folks was over NIPU. GBMR shareholders believe that NIPU and HNIPU are the same. Keep in mind that NNRF does not sell either. So NIPU and HNIPU seem to be a moot point for NNRF.

However, if I were a GBMR shareholder I would settle the issue as to whether NIPU and HNIPU are the same by contacting the developing scientist - Figovsky (probably through his University contact information) and specifically ask him to describe the differences between NIPU and HNIPU.

If he says there are none, then the GBMR shareholders may have a rightful concern if another company intends to use the product which is licensed to Global Matrechs. But if it is not the same product then GBMR shareholders will probably need to find another way to save their company rather than throwing wild and groundless accusations over the internet regarding conspiracies.

Geesh - get a life!
