I have to agree with you curt, a "settlement" which we once viewed as a positive is losing some of it's shine as the decision to shutdown of "ALL AND ANY" information seems to have arbitrarily been made by PTSC management. There is no need to go into a self-imposed quiet period and treat shareholders as disinterested parties...we have been waiting a very long time for the outcome of the Texas findings and to now stonewall us completely on ANY subject short of the confusing 10Q, which btw begs more questions, is reprehensible. Management should be smart enough to find a way to report on the future of this company without comitting any indiscretions regarding the settlement. Now, it makes me wonder if they are capable or just don't care.
