Actually...I am not flipping it now...I have when it was running long time ago...I did buy a low position at this level in hopes we have a bottom. I'd like to recoup the red for the remaining higher priced shares I have. Not much red but enough. As for how much float is a KOD? That still depends on the validity of the company...I am not sure how many pinks you have played but a pink with a/s = 150M is a gem....Almost anything that happens underneath that is irrelevant. Even with the dilution if it does now blow the ceiling it is really a who cares...

The problem here is as it always has been it is disclosure and verification...Any solid 3rd party DV would really run this thing....It is just that the decisions and methods in 07 has left so much FUD it is hard to ignore...But the game is not over....It just sucks to be a part of the growing process when it is not clear whether one is fertilzing flowers or weeds.

But sometime one must hold the nose and pull the trigger on opportunity even if you can't see it...Measured of course..
