Factfinder, I as a shareholder would like to see all this in writing and submitted to the shareholders for a vote. Is that not the correct way to do this. You make so many statements with nothing concrete to back it up-just hearsay! We know who you work for and are posting to counter all of us screwed shareholders. Maybe if you had gone on our ride you would understand the frustration and anger toward Joe Lanza. You will be dealing with lawsuits if this is not done in an open and legal way. I do want what is best for us and until I see proof it is just another Lanza ploy!!!
