If it turns out "the good doctor" has loaded more shares recently, it might be that hime, or his brocker, are droping somehow the price on purpose (a few small number wash sales will do) so he can buy more at a lower price. The lock of any update as of late seem to support this scenario.

Looking at the graph:

and at the time frame "the good doctor" has been adding shares:

the above scenario might explain the price drop (which can't be explained based on the decent finances). Another possible explanation will be if a poisonous company (such as Cornell) will be involved. Anyone here can shed some light on this?

In any event, obviously, George intends to take complete control of the company. Where are the other Directors, and any other member of the Mgmt. team? Why aren't they buying? I start asking myself why. Possible scenarious:

(1) That's my toy (and only mine) childish attitude

(2) Greed

(3) As a majority shareholder he can at any time decide to do whatever he wants with the company, including taking it out of the market. And "the good doctor" can decide how much he ought to compensate the remaining shareholders. He's the majority. I trust some other people here see it as a major risk as well.

I could speculate more, but I'll stop here, for this is all speculation afterall. In any event, something is not right with our "good doctor." I hope I'm wrong, and a near term PR will put my fears to rest.

Question: Anyone here is in touch with "the good doctor?" If you are not, by all means you should try to reach him, and demand some explanations. BTW, anyone has an E-mail "the good doctor" can be reached at?
