SEC filings reviewed, court filings reviewed also. PPS going higher or pulling back? Court case (ruling) "should be" positive but it's Texas and the Gulf...ouch. No fluff all... Is the PPS going to continue to move up after Friday all or not...? TA's have been up for a while but they follow the flips. Things building to the 16th...?
