Looks like another 52 week low today. Could have something to do with Ron Paul's appalling performance in the primaries, the demise of Paulson, the citizens of Utah boycotting the O because Paddy called them imbeciles, or a dozen other reasons. Anything but Paddy himself.


Speaking of OSTK, it's really falling off a cliff. Wonder what Patty's excuse is now...

well, i have a guess...

Maheu was the TRUSTEE for DISTRIBUTION and he didn't authorize DISTRIBUTION....

instead, the DTCC was exiting their vault remember, and by Special Memorandum, there was an internal DTCC budgetary code, i believe that code related back to the WANTA money....Maheu and Son then learned of the WANTA money/intervened to negotiate a better deal....which is LIKE KIND and QUANTITY....so says REG SHO....

again, i only know the part about the DTCC exiting their vault.... i made a few phone calls to the DTCC, referencing what i knew to be true...prior to them alerting tdameritrade of the cash coming....then it was stopped, so you have my best guess.
