2 years ago, the accounting oversight board issued this opinion on the auditor, De Leon:

"(1) the failure to perform and document appropriate audit procedures related
to the valuation of an investment;
(2) the failure to perform and document appropriate audit procedures related
to the valuation of goodwill; and
(3) the failure to perform and document appropriate audit procedures related
to the valuation of acquired technology.
