And yet this security is still trading?

If Joe has such damaging evidence against GTEM, why in the name of God is this still trading? Seems criminal by the SEC to let this continue to trade! Aren't they suppose to prevent fraudulant companies from trading in the market? Joe's gun can't be smoking that bad. IMO
