siriuslyricher, in a sense that is all part of it.

But we all know the adversarial relationship he had with the company. Some even said he was crazy in the way it just emboldened him to intensify his attacks at the web site.

He could have obviously taken the same approach with the SEC. He didn't, he took down the website, I don't think coincidentally, shortly after his charges were announced.

It's pretty obvious he is cooperating with the SEC at this point!

And we know just how many "documents" and inside information he has on the company "and" the way he feels about them.

It doesn't bode well for the company or their shareholders...
