Hi Scrooge, when you boot off of the win pro disk, you should see a message that says press R to repair windows. When you press R you load a dos like program. type help and you will get a list of the available commands. You should be able to format the disk. Type format /? That will show you how to type the command. You want to format the disk as ether fat16 or fat32.
