RA has had his opportunity to "prove" USXP was NSSed. Never has proved squat. Go read the material that has been posted and you will see where he "claimed" in an interview to have given the Denver SEC 11,000 to 12,000 pages of documents to "prove" NSS. Guess what? He lied. I am sure that Altomare will be indicted by the Grand Jury that is meeting now. He can finally get the jury trial he wants. He can bring out his donkey and cart show blaming the NSS. My guess is that since it will be in NY, the jury will have little sympathy when they hear about the materially false 9/11 PR he issued and hear how he lied in an SEC filing about being a retired USMC Captain. Who lies about being a USMC Captain in an SEC fining for God's sake? Only a sociopathic liar I would posit. Don't remember that material? All you need is to know how to do DD. It is there in the public record.

Have other stocks been NSS? Could be. But not USXP unless you include the dale of unregistered shares by Altomare as NSS.
