I'm puzzled by the proxy that I just received in the mail today.
My only choices are yes, no, or abstain ? I can't vote for a different set of officers?

So, If I vote 'no', then the company will be run without anyone at all in control? Or does it just leave things as is with multiple people thinking they are in control, all issuing pump and dumb prs? IMO

Thank God I sold this yesterday for a profit. GLTYA
