teecee, that was a really stupid remark by Frank wasn't it? If IDCC's rates were too high, do you think Panasonic would have signed 3 years before the patents were granted? Panasonic must think they got a sweetheart deal and the rate they got was very good otherwise I don't believe they would have paid $19.5 million more than 3 years before they had to.

Additionally why would NEC and Sharp have signed if their rates were too high? Unfortunately for IDCC most business are not operating ethically and that is why they are experiencing delays in signing new agreements. Today was way overblown and it is unfortunate that some got hurt. For some strange reason I am not at all upset and I am actually using it as a buying opportunity.
