GIBBER - you are talking nonsense and using conjecture to deliberately spread false rumors.

1) I can't believe Jim would say he doesn't have any information on the issue. I've spoken to him many time. That is not his style. Tell me exactly what the question is and I'll get an answer and post it to the board, if you feel you cannot get an answer.

2)Using the term "leaked on the message board" is really inflammatory. It implies secrecy where in actuality none exists. You and others have concocted this "conspiracy" theory out of nothingness. I have worked with scientist and technology transfer companies and know how these companies are set up, developed and moved into the commercial markets. Even the smallest amount to due diligence on GBMR and NNRI indicates there is no relationship with this other compnay and to surmise that because officers of one compnay are also listed on another, then there will be an attempt to hijack a product is ludicrous. What insecurity drives this I am not sure, but at the very least I am certain that few here have the business or legal background to validate anything that is being said.

3)Iceman was NEVER involved in setting up this company. If you don't want to belive the company then call IM directly and ask him this question, "Did you in any way help, advise, or participate in the formation of Nucon?", "If so, how did you participate?" Please post the response back to the board.

3)ST hasn't done any spinning except to relate facts about the stock as he gets information form the company. The stock price is subject to manipulation on the pink sheets but since the company doesn't have anythihng to do with the charting I can't hold the company responsible for those who bought in becasue they picked up one of ST's many chart picks.

4)NNRI didn't do anything to the Stafford shareholders. That is an issue for the Stafford president. He made the distributions to his shareholders. Of course the company was bankrupt and the stock was worth 5 cents at that point. It was a shell purchase. But if Stafford investors feel their management were irresponsible they need to seek counsel for legal redress against the officers and board of Stafford.

5) Gibber - I find it interesting that from your very first posting you have done nothing but try to disparage this company. According to your postings, you have gone to Wharton and worked at a high level in GE. However, despite that experience claim, you do not seem to have much understanding regarding business structure, marketing agreements or their legal underpinnings. You claim to be a long term investor but yet all you do is feed negative assumptions to the board that undermine the company. You continuously see more and more information. That's OK but it is also the kind of information competitors would love to see disclosed. So who are you workiing for. I have a hard time believing you have invested in NNRI wih the belief it is a good investment, because you do everything possible to tear it down. As I said before, I don not trust folks who spread fear based upon assumptions and half-truths.
