When I called Jim a few days ago he did not have any information on this issue. He is very helpful and I believe he is honest and a very investor oriented PR person. This issue does not smell kosher. If the company had put out a PR on it it would not look like they are hiding anything. Then you add on top of that after this leaked to the shareholders through the MB the company VYSO took down their website (our it says it is under construction) The timing does not smell kosher on this one. It sends up red flags. You question thinks like what is up? Is NNRI trying take control of the Gobal rights to NuCap, is it a shell to move the NNRI company into VYSO to make millions for a few at the expense of all the shareholders. Look at the shell NNRI bought. Look what they did to their shareholders of the shell they bought. On a pk sheet you ask all of these questions. You have Iceman who has a past history with manipulating stocks and his closeness to some of the people that were involved in this setup of NNRI. You have ST spinning the stock when it keeps going down. You say you do not see what all this has to do with NNRI. It has the shareholders wanting to know what is going on. So far I am giving NNRI the benefit of the doubt but they keep making PR blunders that you have question the bad.
