Re: When will MOSH oil and gas royalty distributions resume? 13 second(s) ago several wells went back on production early in the 4th quarter that were shut in 8/05 due to Katrina and are producing around 200M per month, so probably the first part of next year or sooner if the lawsuit is settled and/or the court makes Pioneer quits stealing those production payments that are sent to them as operator for disbursement. If you read the court lawsuit filings, the lawsuit was filed back on 4/11/2005 on behalf of the 12,000 passive trust beneficiaries with the plaintiffs claiming that the defendants were attempting to starve the trust to death so they could profit for themselves on the Midway discovery where Pioneer is accused of hiding a monster like Shell's 1999 "Alex" discovery. Anyone can read the actual court filings by going to this website and following the instructions to pull off the filings in the Harris Co. Dist. court house:

A reader of those posts must be able to separate out the obvious pump and dump hypsters, but some of those guys have done their due diligence; like otc BB King, Ca$h, burp, apostrophy, ogclip, jermart, ronpopiel, sangamon kid, and nsomniyak. Most of us on this board follow those posts, but don't post there ourselves. They seem to be responsible for jump starting mosh two weeks ago, and it is interesting to see how what was obviously a pump and dump at the start, actually turned into a buy and hold as these guys did their DD. The leaders seem to be pretty quick and thorough in developing both the technical and fundamentals on this very complex situation that mosh.ob is in.
