...crash, simply because I'm not including that fact...

...does not mean that I am ignoring it...

...my take is that Globetel may have believed that it was not fully prepared to go during TW08, and that the Navy was gracious enough to give them the special invite to be the SOLE participant in the LOE...

...hopefully they will be able to take full advantage of this opprtunity to shine...Duke...
