You don't think the money spent on that lawsuit could have been better spent? Like perhaps against Jay Dewhurst? How about a single broker? Like SACM? Surely Megas was serious when he accused them of selling counterfeits... so why not sue them? This whole claim that Megas sued shareholders just to get the goods on the bad guys is so bogus it stinks. If he got the goods, then WHY is he making all those shares valid? Why was it sooooo clever to instead sue shareholders? What good did it do? After 8 months, I think that is a fair question. I think it was one of the most stupid acts I've ever heard a CEO do.
