...and this "special" invitation states NO definitive time or place...to wit : "The expected time frame for the LOE is during the second half of 2008 and the contemplated location would be within Southern California. The Company will provide additional details regarding date and location either immediately prior to, or after the LOE, depending on certain factors". ...

...sounds to me as if Mr. Leinwand somehow, possibly on his hands and knees, actually got himself invited, rather than the Navy reaching out for Globetel's demo...
