Argonath is right in that these are intended to be tradeable preferred shares. We should not have to hold them through some conversion date in the future. The ability to sell them will as Argonath says be dependent on someone being willing to buy them. If and when a dividend is attached to these preferred shares hopefully it will be the carrot to tempt potential buyers to buy. Also, generally preferred shares take precedence over the common in importance.
