The present PPS of $0.045 is ABSURD by all means when you think about it. This translates into a market cap of $4.8M, assuming that the OS is 107.6M (after the capital raise of $4.6M). This means that ArgoNav is worth NOTHING, and the propriety assets of ECN are worth NOTHING. Just think about it. What I am saying is that after the capital raise the company will have $4.6M in cash with OS of 107.6M shares, meaning that a market cap of less than $4.6M is completely ridiculous, to say the least. (So, whoever is willing to sell their shares for less than $0.045 must have their heads examined.)

The fact that Raphael is dumping shares at 3 cents today indicates that the Genius believes the company is worth less than 3 million dollars. Raphael has had months to attempt to provide proof that there are financials, products, or revenues. His failure has left the company where it is today.
