MOSH wants to fill the gap, which it might in the AM with another silly spread... If we didn't gap we would have closed near HOD IMO.
In fact, as far as i can tell, the only thing holding this sucka back are gaps. Speculation is increasing and smart money continues to suck up SIZE on the Bid.
hmmm, i wonder if our "one stock" friend is buying that bid... shakey shakey...
Wow, what a crooked hedge it would be if PXD/woodside had their friends accumulate as much as possible before proposing a settlement... Who wants to stand in front of a tough Texas Jury with fraud charges, after Enron? I would be nervous if i DID NOTHING WRONG! lol
