ADAIRSVILLE, Ga., Mar 9, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Broadband Wireless International Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BBAN) announced today the signing of a partnership agreement with Benny Blanco's It's Nuffin' Records. One of the leading Latin rappers, Blanco has been a potent hit-maker as a producer, writer, artist and executive.
Blanco's first release on It's Nuffin' Records will be a 12 inch single titled "Burn It Up" to be released in May and followed by an album titled "Illicit Business" that is due out the end of the year. There are now five acts signed to the label with three currently in production. A Latin rap artist/producer/writer who started It's Nuffin' Records, in 1996, Blanco's first solo album "The Bronx Tale," was released in Asia, sparking a major tour in Japan and Korea.
To promote the "Burn It Up" single, Blanco intends to shoot a promotional video on location in Tampa. For the CD "Illicit Business," which is a Benny Blanco album, a special It's Nuffin' Records tour bus will visit around 54 cities and give away CDs of a Benny Blanco mixtape that contains 23 tracks. The mixtape is titled "Water Front Rackets" and will familiarize fans with his sound to create the appetite for the "Illicit Business" CD. The tour bus will be equipped with a complete recording studio and Blanco will continue to record between promotional appearances.
