Hi bobbybdb, I can't believe that trading on the grey market equates to approval by the DTC. The DTC hardly would approve of counterfeit shares being traded. Friday's transactions were initiated by one broker: e-trade. They were legitimate trades of illegitimate shares. Someone bought, knowing what they bought. So, I believe, molson_ice1, bless his soul, will get his cash.
When BCIT starts trading on the pinks or OTCBB, there can only be one CUSIP #: the 205's. There can't be 2 CUSIP #'s trading at the same time for one stock. So, IMHO, the 106's have to be exchanged with the 205's first, before "official" trading can begin.
And it looks like the processes involved have the permission of the DTC.
