Well, that's fairly easy to figure out. For some reason or another it seems they feel there is no need to send out a "World-Wide" press release. Hence, no new blood.

I don't think you have figured anything out. You have been told that PASA is an operating unit of FPA and law 25 prevents them form disclosing any material facts.

Why keep it a seceret if this is your business model and you are making hundreds of millions in revenue, it makes no sense.

But, hey good luck in June of 08 and I hope there is no need to go to Panama with an attorney taped to your hip.
