You aren't too late for anything...here is what happened last Monday when we hit .40

Many people jumped in this one last Monday as a momo play without doing any DD at all. When profit taking started and the buying pressure stalled for a minute many people bailed out.

The ones that did their DD and bought this for the lotto ticket that it is held.

As the PPS settled after everyone who got in for a momo play got out MOSH found her bottom and has now turned back around.

I expect $he'll continue on up during this accumulation period. Most people I know took a starter on the ASK and are now sitting on the BID trying to accumulate.

Its almost impossible to take a big position in this one without sending the right side of the box scrambling for the hills. When/IF a settlement or judgement is announced this SHOULD go straight to double digit dollarland depending on the settlement amount.

I think many people are turned off by what they see as a pie in the sky type play, and all the excited posts around ihub, but after reading all there is to read on this one I felt there is a reason to be excited and that it is worth buying a few lotto tickets.

Even without a possibility of a settlement/judgement the PPS should continue to rise based on expectations of renewed royalties from wells recently brought back online and the potential for more.

Did I mention the fact that PXD has a history of trying to src3w another Trust? It was in Kansas I think. Small lawsuit compared to this one...only $70M but PXD settled out of court for $35M.

And how about the fact that MOSH has recently sold off over $500M in assets? Could be for any number of reasons including getting ready to pay a settlement.

It's a lotto for sure, but I like the odds. Do your own DD and let us know what you think ;)
