CMKM = Scam
This is the biggest scam in my opinion, this Urban guy is screwing longs left and right.
1. He won't release the O/S, claims to be retiring shares and won't release until he is done. A convient excuse if you ask me to keep drawing this out.
2. Their IR guy knows nothing and has nothing of value to add when you call him. He is as much in the dark as all the investors. He wasn't aware of the increase in A/S until the shareholders called him on Thursday pissed off.
3. All their PRs say soon, shorty, and other deceptive wording to allow them to never deliver. Also their PRs are always "plan to do's" or something along those lines of things they intend to do but never will.
4. Do your own DD and make your decision based on what you see and what you research, not on some dream that their mgmt is tryign to pitch.
